I have a great experience working with Katie. She is easy to work with and friendly, while remaining assertive and efficient. I had a situation with my property which potentially could make finding a buyer tough but she remained optimistic the whole time and handled it with the same care and respect that she would have with her own property. Her vetted connections were incredibly useful for maintenance and repair work prior to listing. She got a lot of interest and multiple solid offers relatively early, which made me comfortable that she was experienced and the right person for the job.

We were selling and also buying with Redfin so the process got complicated to say the least. Katie was knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, thorough, and prepared to solve any little issue that came up.
